Terms and Conditions - Jet To Membership – Powered by Ironbird Partners, LLC
Last Updated: August 26, 2025

1. Overview

Jet To (“Membership”) is a private aviation advisory service offered by Ironbird Partners, LLC (“IBP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Jet To is not a separate legal entity; it is a membership product under IBP. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Jet To services. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

2. Membership Services

Jet To provides members with private aviation advisory services, curated flight-matching opportunities, and destination-focused expertise.

Jet To does not operate aircraft. All flights are provided by third-party charter operators licensed under FAA Part 135 (or equivalent foreign regulations).

Jet To does not guarantee flight availability, pricing, or savings. Opportunities, including empty legs and pairings, are subject to market conditions and availability.

3. Membership Fees

Annual Fees

  • $5,000/year for a single-destination membership

  • $11,000/year for an all-destinations membership (destinations listed at www.flyironbird.com/jetto)

Billing
Membership fees are billed annually. Flight costs are billed separately by IBP and are based on market rates secured at the time of booking.

Refund Availability (First Year Only)

  1. A refund of the annual membership fee is available if, during the first 12 months following the membership purchase date, the member does not enter into a Flight Booking (as defined in Section 4).

  2. To be eligible, a refund request must be emailed and acknowledged by IBP at least 30 days prior to the renewal date of the initial term. Requests made after this deadline will not be considered.

  3. This availability applies only to the first year of membership and is not offered for renewals or subsequent terms.

  4. Refunds are not prorated or partial. Once a Flight Booking has been executed, the member is no longer eligible to request a refund.

4. Definition of Flight Booking

For purposes of these Terms, a “Flight Booking” means execution of a signed flight contract with IBP for charter services, regardless of whether the underlying flight is refundable, canceled, or rescheduled.

5. Use of Services

Membership provides advisory and access benefits, not prepaid flight hours or guaranteed discounts.

Members are responsible for reviewing and approving any flight booking before payment is made.

Members may not resell, transfer, or assign their membership without IBP’s written approval.

6. Third-Party Operators

All flights are conducted by third-party charter operators. IBP does not control or operate aircraft, crews, or safety procedures.

IBP is not responsible for delays, cancellations, operational issues, or acts outside its direct control.

7. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBP disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Jet To services or third-party flights.

IBP’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of the annual membership fee paid by the member.

8. Confidentiality

IBP respects client confidentiality and will not disclose member identities, travel details, or other sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.

9. Term and Termination

Memberships are valid for one year from the date of payment.

IBP may terminate a membership immediately if a member violates these Terms, misuses services, or engages in conduct that may harm IBP’s reputation or operations.

Except as outlined in Section 3 (“Refund Availability”), no refunds will be issued for unused membership periods.

10. Amendments

IBP may update these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Membership after notice constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.

  3. Subject Line. Use: Refund Request — Jet To — [Member Name] — [Purchase Date].

  4. Acknowledgement Requirement. A request is not deemed received unless IBP provides written acknowledgement by email. IBP will use commercially reasonable efforts to send acknowledgement within 3 business days. If no acknowledgement is received within 5 business days, the member must follow up prior to the deadline.

  5. Deadline. Both the request and IBP’s acknowledgement must occur no later than 30 days prior to the renewal date of the initial term.

  6. Processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days, unless unavailable, in which case IBP may use a reasonable alternative method to return the funds.
